Aurora Marcopoulos Teaches
Focussed on women's health, Aurora Marcopoulos sets out the elements that contribute to community building and the metrics she uses to measure growth and engagement for the CORA Project and Aurora Wellbeing.
She also shares ways to balance the needs and expectations of your community with the objectives of your business.
The CORA Project taught Aurora a lot about women’s health overall, including menstrual and hormone health.
It was shocking to discover how little girls and boys, and even educated professionals, knew about periods.
This inspired the creation of Aurora Wellbeing, a period-wellbeing community that tackles the entire menstrual cycle.
Aurora Wellbeing is an e-commerce store and platform focusing on menstrual-cycle care.
The platform features a blog with articles written by experts, guides and resources, as well as a store where women can buy products.
Future developments include a menopause section, a postpartum section and a pregnancy section.
Aurora manages both ventures through hard work.
Her passion for both ventures keeps her going.
Aurora Wellbeing donates a percentage of its profits to the CORA Project to help communities and women in need.
Aurora and her sister planned the CORA Project’s social media presence right from the start.
They built the community with relevant, relatable and consistent content.
Building the Aurora Wellbeing community started six months before the platform was launched.
